Disabled Guests – Wristbands are available from Guest Services for guests with disabilities to qualify for easy access onto the rides. Proof of disability may be required.
Medical Centre – Operated by qualified staff this is located in the lower level of Port Atlantis.
Height Check – Have children on the edge of the height bracket? Get a one time height check band from Guest Services to save the time of height check at every ride.
Guest Services – Located in the lower level of Port and Base Camp, this is where you can go for experienced advice and any issues you have while inside the park, as well as lost children/grown ups meeting point.
Wheel Chairs – Available for Hire refundable deposit (limited amounts available)
Lockers – Save carrying your belongings around all day, use lockers provided in several locations, check park map for information and prices.
Buggies – Available to Hire from the Island Shop
