2017 sees Chessington World of Adventures celebrate its 30th birthday as a theme park, with celebrations lasting the Month of July the park shared pictures from the park including old rides and attractions. For the celebration Saturday the 8th July the park gave balloons and cake out to visitors who were fast enough to get them! This in addition to celebratory pop badges including Calamity Canyon and Safari Skyway.

The park also put up a large 30 figure on the main green by the Sea Life which had a montage of images from the last 30 years, some of which come and are stamped from our very site! Gruffalo and the new Carousel celebrate the 30th year at Chessington two of the biggest investments in years.
