In a less than massive year for the park the big addition comes in the form of the temporary hotel, the Crash Pad. Effectively a shipping container the Crash Pad will allow guests to stay on site for 2 day ticket until a hotel is built.
In a strange move the park have adapted The Swarm with the two back rows now running backwards. Completely against how the park advertised the ride in 2012 it will add a new feel to the ride and hopefully not cause too many issues. In addition a billboard piece of theme will be added to the ride to add another near miss.
The other altered addition for 2013 is the end of X:/ No Way Out. The parks big first roller coaster has had several changes for 2013 with the first the name. Now simply known as X the ride has had re-themed trains with individual lap bars to lower the height restriction to 1m, but also now faces forward. In addition the ride is now based on light and sound ending the previous alien/computer attack theme.
Depth Charge has had new red boats, with the on-ride photos removed for a new fastrack booth. Detonator has also had it
