Is I’m a Celebrity at Thorpe Park closing?

It seems as we go into the new year that closed rides may continue to be a thing at some of the Merlin Theme Parks with 2019 seeing another likely closure for Thorpe Park. Just before the Christmas period the Thorpe Park App had an updated park map with the attraction missing from the lineup, however further to this the parks official website has now been updated with no sign of the attraction listed. Legoland amend Haunted House plans, all new attraction coming 2019!

We are indeed on the hype train for 2019 as Legoland Windsor have amended plans for the Haunted House attraction that will indeed open in 2019, but not as previously thought Drop Towers. Based on other Haunted House ride the Legoland Windsor one was set to be a series of drop towers, similar to the ones found across Merlin Dungeons, However this has no changed as it looks as though we will be a Madhouse replacing these in the original plans. The madhouse for those unsure is the same as Hex at Alton Towers
