Winters Tail 2015

Winters Tail returned for 2015 although scaled down from the previous years event. Back came the Grotto in the wooded area down by the Sea Lions, pre-booking only this was a very popular event once again.

With the zoo also open complete with Wanyama Village, Sealife, Trail of the Kings and all of the shows came a couple of rides joining the Zoo line up of Hocus Pocus Hall and AMAZU, those being Sea Storm and the Carousel.

In the Market Square the Christmas stalls were all set up with some arts and crafts as well as various gifts, along with the now signature Christmas Tree towering over the area. All in all still a good family day out, shame the Gruffalo show hadn’t returned from the previous year however a lot of work is going on at the park this close season.
