| Another modern area for Thorpe Park, which came to life in 2001, with the introduction of Detonator after the unfortunate fire which burnt down Wicked Witches Haunt. Rides including Rumba Rapids, Time Voyagers (formally Pirates 4D), and Storm in a Teacup were already in the area, with Nemesis Inferno joining in 2003. The area has a varied theme, based around Calypso Quay, the area is highlighted by the massive Nemesis Inferno. |
