Time to take the high look at Chessington Zoo!
The Safari Skyway, is nearly like it sounds, a slow moving ride elevated off the floor to give you great views of Chessington Zoo, travelling from the Market Square, right around the whole of the Chessington Zoo area.
Safari... Well not as much anymore, you will get the chance to see the Lio0ns, Tigers, and Sealions very easy, some of the other animals are more difficult to see.
Back in the day, although not covering all animal areas, views would also have consisted of Giraffes, Zebras, Polar Bears and more animals, more of a Safari, these days unfortunatly the zoo is much more watered down since the rides took control of the park.
Still a great family attraction, and even if you only see the wild cats, its still in excellent view. |
